Pilates changed Chris' life, inspiring her to leave a successful 15+ year career in global PR and brand marketing for luxury fashion and lifestyle brands to pursue her passion for helping others through movement. Certified under a Master Classical Pilates Instructor, Chris specializes in customized sessions for a diverse range of clients, including men, athletes, dancers, youth, pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and clients aged 65+.
Chris also specializes in PreNatal + PostNatal Pilates, which played a pivotal role in her own pregnancies and postpartum recovery. She works with clients of all backgrounds, emphasizing proper form and alignment to ensure effective, injury-free movement.
Her goal is to help clients feel their best and maintain that well-being over time by building strength, improving flexibility, and practicing mindful movement.
