ABOUT ME
Pilates connects the mind, body, and soul, and for Chris, it was truly life-changing. After years of practicing Pilates, she made the bold decision to pause her 15+ year career in Global Communications and Marketing in the luxury fashion and lifestyle industry. Choosing to follow her passion for Pilates, she became a certified Classical Pilates Instructor, trained under a Master Classical Pilates Instructor. Chris also specializes in PreNatal + PostNatal Pilates, which played a key role in her own pregnancies and postpartum recovery, especially in overcoming postpartum depression.
With a broad range of experience, Chris works with a diverse clientele, including men, professional athletes, dancers, youth, pregnant women, those in postpartum recovery, and clients aged 65+. Each private session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, fostering strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
She emphasizes the importance of form and precision, reflecting Joseph Pilates' core teaching: “If the starting position isn’t right, the movement won’t work.” This focus on alignment ensures clients get the most out of their practice while minimizing the risk of injury.
Chris is committed to helping clients not only feel their best but also sustain that feeling over time. By empowering individuals with the tools to build strength, maintain flexibility, and practice mindful movement, she facilitates lasting positive changes in both their bodies and lives.
Passionate about the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, she is excited to help you feel your best and maintain lasting well-being.
“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness."
